Vin/Yin Yoga w/ PJ Fritchman This class is a 60-minute practice to balance the yang (active) poses and yin (passive) shapes. Begin practice stoking the inner fire with an all-levels vinyasa flow based on the methodology of Baptiste Power Yoga, then move towards stillness with the satiating and healing yin shapes, to connect with the wisdom and language of the body. The balance of strengthening muscles and opening deep connective tissues is like dipping your consciousness in honey.

The feeling of my first savasana in 1996 still resonates through my soul, and I’ve been soaking up the healing qualities of yoga ever since. To celebrate my 50th birthday, I completed my 200Hr YTT proving I could learn Sanskrit, anatomy and all requirements of the rigorous certification.  Whether guiding students through a self-healing yin, helping to reset and renew energy with Yoga Nidra, hearing student breakthroughs in Vinyasa or leading retreats through the highlands of Guatemala, I continue to deepen my knowledge of this ancient practice, which enriches my soul daily.
When not flowing and breathing on my mat, I spend time with family & friends, and soaking up the Oregon scenery.
