This Vinyasa 1 class is for newer yogi's as well as more experienced yogi's looking to get back to basics or those wanting a nice flowy class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. This class moves at a moderate pace and will get you breathing deeply with a decent sweat. Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically to upbeat feely music.
Karissa is a Vinyasa teacher, 400hr certified. She's been in bend for almost 7 years now but is originally from Orange County California. She loves surfing on the river and ocean, running, mountain biking, and getting upside down anywhere and everywhere. She teaches at Wild Thing Yoga Studio, Northwest Bod, and is launching Yoga & Beer (Bend Chapter) this Fall. She's engaged and has 3 fur-babies! Yoga is her absolute passion and she is so excited to share it with members of The Haven.
