BIO:
Chelsea is an island-born
Her teaching style and approach is deeply rooted in the belief that we all have an inner light that exists to guide us on our path towards living a happy, fulfilling life.
Chelsea grew up in Bend and took her first yoga class at the age of 14. At the age of 18, shortly after graduating high school, she enrolled in her first Iyengar 200-hour YTT at Groove Yoga (Bend, Oregon). She went on to her second 200-hour YTT focusing on the Ashtanga-Vinyasa disciplines in Koh Phangan, Thailand with All Yoga International and assisted their 200-RYT Bali training thereafter. From there, she spent the next 3 years teaching and traveling the world, where her knowledge in yoga and dedication to mindful and intentional living practices grew exponentially. She believes that we all the choice in every moment to suffer or surrender -- and she continues to choose gratitude and kindness.
