A 7-Week Series at The Haven **

A busy life can distract and drain us from our true ability to align with joy, create with purpose, and find peace within it ALL. Yoga is a healing art and science for Life that can meet us where we are and bring us to where we’d love to be.

When exploring healing through Yoga, the sacred relationship we cultivate with ourselves in relation to others and Source is essential. Some refer to Source as the Divine, Spirit, God, Goddess, Consciousness, the Heart, Love, Life and many other names. The true value lies in acknowledging that we are co-creating with, and inextricably connected to, everything in this Universe.

In this 7-week series, you’ll learn asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation practices that are nature and yoga-based. You’ll connect with your understanding of Source and discover the infinite energy available to you for creating the life you LOVE. You’ll also learn and refine awareness of your chakras (subtle body) and how to apply this knowledge to your daily life. In this way, you’ll find that peace, light and joy within the heart of your Life and All that is.

**$125 for members**
