Dr. Mike Lane, DC is a Chiropractor and a Master Instructor of Foundation Training with over 20 years of experience working with the human body. He has a practice in Bend, OR where he utilizes Zone Therapy Chiropractic and Foundation Training to balance the brain and align the spine to restore maximum health. He also teaches nationally and internationally, sharing his knowledge of Anatomy and Movement to help people find Freedom from Pain.

You’ll learn and practice effective and innovative movement modalities that take you from being limited by pain to living the life you want. ** Many people are drawn to this series because they have chronic pain and their bodies are demanding a change (pain is a BIG motivator).
