About this EventCompassion Cultivation Training© (CCT) was designed at Stanford University and is taught around the world by certified instructors.
CCT offers a science-backed approach for practicing compassion for yourself and others. Through group discussions, meditation and inquiry, you will gain practical tools to enhance your awareness, compassion and resilience. CCT can help you relate more positively with friends, family, and coworkers.
